At White River Hardwoods, we take pride in our architectural craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your moulding or wood carvings do not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Send the package via a trackable shipping method to our returns department; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the hardwoods for resale condition, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a standard restocking fee.
